MEMORANDUM
These are actions under the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Pennsylvania's counterpart, the Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act (FCEUA), brought by Plaintiffs after a debt buyer and its attorneys were unsuccessful in pursuing collection of debts in state court. Plaintiffs have not pleaded any specific deceptive or unconscionable conduct, but seemingly rely on the fact that they prevailed in the underlying collection lawsuit.
