Lorenzo Lopez appeals from the district court’s order dismissing his complaint against Target Corporation (“Target”) and Virginia Winn. Lopez, a Hispanic male, alleged that Winn, a white Target cashier, refused to serve Lopez based on his race and publicly humiliated him when she turned him away from her register.
