In an action in which the plaintiff wife was granted a divorce by a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered September 10, 1976, defendant appeals from stated portions of the said judgment. Judgment modified, on the law and the facts, by (1) deleting the twelfth decretal paragraph thereof, which directed defendant to pay plaintiff $5,000 for use towards the purchase of a new motor vehicle, and substituting therefor a provision directing defendant to furnish plaintiff a suitable automobile for her use, and (2) reducing the amount awarded in the thirteenth decretal paragraph…
