A jury convicted appellant, Fred Hays, of involuntary manslaughter and assessed his punishment at a term of two years in the State Penitentiary. From the judgment is this appeal.
For reversal, appellant alleged (1) that the evidence was not sufficient to support the verdict, and (2) that “the court failed to instruct the jury generally on matters of law.” Both of these contentions are without merit.(1)
