This case comes before the court on plaintiffs’ motion to strike defendants’ non-statutory labor exemption defense or for partial summary judgment (“Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike”), defendants’ motion for summary judgment as to the nonstatutory labor exemption (“Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment”), and the parties’ respective oppositions and replies.
