Plaintiff Robert Altman appeals from a superior court order denying his VR.C.R 60(b) motion to set aside an earlier judgment dismissing his complaint against defendants Jonathan Altman, Carol S. Berry, and Putney Pasta Company. Plaintiff contends the court erred in: (1) failing to hold an evidentiary hearing; and (2) denying the motion. We affirm.
