OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

This case presents the following question:

Can a defendant be found guilty of a crime beyond a reasonable doubt when the victim testifies that no crime occurred, and there is no sworn testimony to the contrary?

We answer in the negative.

A jury found appellant guilty of indecency with a child, and, after finding an enhancement paragraph to be true, assessed punishment at I6V2 years confinement.
