Heuser v. Goldstein

This is a civil action in which the plaintiff seeks to recover for damages suffered on February 9, 1965 when the automobile in which she was riding as a passenger was involved in a collision with a motor vehicle owned by one defendant and operated by the other. A Superior Court jury returned a verdict for $7,500 plus interest against each defendant. Both defendants appealed.
