State v. Pugliese

In March 1974 the defendant was indicted for the armed robbery of a milk store. Some 3 months later, in June 1974, a jury trial was held in the Superior Court and a mistrial was declared when the jury was unable to reach a verdict. In the fall of 1974 the defendant was again on trial before another jury on the same charge. This time the jury returned a guilty verdict, and the defendant appeals.
