K.K. HALL, Circuit Judge:

Defendant, Richard H. Friedberg, appeals a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs, Eugene W. Blanton and Landmark Enterprises, Inc. (“Landmark”) in this diversity action, alleging breach of contract and quantum meruit claims. 1 We affirm in part and reverse in part.
