I. INTRODUCTION

This claim arises out of the 1992 sale of the Meeting Street Inn by Resolution Trust Corporation in its capacity as Conservator for First South Savings Bank, F.S.B. (RTC-Conservator). Plaintiff, H.B. Limehouse, doing business as Limehouse Properties, claims he is entitled to a two percent brokerage commission on the sale.
