Following a jury trial, Christy Dale Shell appeals the jury’s verdict finding her guilty of kidnapping* 1 and criminal attempt to commit burglary, 2 3contending that the trial court erred by: (1) denying her Batson v. Kentucky 3 motion regarding gender bias and (2) denying her request to be sentenced as a first offender. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
