William Nissen is a partner at the Chicago law firm of Sidley Austin and is former counsel for defendant Lake Shore Asset Management Limited. The court previously observed that “there is a fine line between, on the one hand, a party’s pursuit of a particular position and vigorous advocacy from that party’s lawyer and, on the other hand, obstructionism.
