This is a direct appeal under our Rule 302(a) (111. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 110A, par. 302(a)) by the petitioner, Frances N. Warren, from a judgment of the circuit court of Jefferson County which affirmed the Industrial Commission’s denial of her claim under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. 111. Rev.
