Defendant appeals as of right his convictions by a jury of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(l)(a); MSA 28.788(2)(l)(a). On appeal, defendant raises three issues, arguing (1) that he was deprived of due process of law because the trial court refused to grant a mistrial following the introduction of pre viously suppressed similar-acts evidence, (2) that he was deprived of a fair trial by the assistant prosecuting attorney’s remarks in closing argument, and (3) that the trial court abused its discretion in sentencing him to concurrent prison terms of from eighteen…
