Appellant Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company (Commonwealth) appeals a grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee, the law firm Popham, Haik, Schnobrich & Kaufman Ltd. (Popham), in this diversity action brought by Commonwealth seeking damages allegedly resulting from a legal opinion rendered by Pop-ham.
