Pennsylvania Power & Light Company (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed a decision of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) granting the fatal claim petition filed by Bertha D. Lechner (Claimant). We affirm.

Claimant filed a claim petition alleging that, on August 29, 1992, her husband, Donald N. Lechner, Sr. (Decedent), committed suicide as a result of chronic pain and depression stemming from a work-related injury.1 Employer filed a timely answer denying these allegations and averring that Decedent…
