INTRODUCTION

Defendants Anthony Mustille, C. Richard Orndoff and Richard C. Surles move for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff Adam Regenbogen’s claims of discrimination based on religion and national origin. These claims arise out of Regenbogen’s termination from his job as Director of Quality Assurance (“DQA”) at Willard Psychiatric Center (“Willard”), a mental hygiene facility within the New York State Office of Mental Hygiene (“OMH”).
