I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“King Pharma”) and King Pharmaceuticals Research and Development, Inc. (“King R & D”) (together, “King”), as well as involuntary Plaintiff Wyeth, 1 brought this action for patent infringement against Defendant Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. (“Teva”).
