The plaintiffs in error, defendants below, were indicted for the larceny of an automobile and after being tried upon pleas of not guilty, were convicted of petit larceny and sentenced to serve eleven months and twenty-nine days each in the Stewart County Jail. In the trial they were represented by Howell & Howell, Attorneys, but in the motion for a new trial they were represented by W. E. Fain, Jr., Attorney, now deceased.
