SIMONS, Circuit Judge.
The appeal presents important questions involving the status of loans made by a closed National Bank to municipal corporations, and the right of the receiver of the bank to deduct from liquidating dividends interest on the loans from the time they were made to the date of their payment, notwithstanding a written undertaking by the bank that the loans were to be without interest. The District Court held for the receiver, and the City and the Board appeal.
