McMEANS, Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the county judge of Leon County, made in vacation, dissolving a temporary injunction previously granted by the county judge in a suit in the County Court of Leon County, brought by appellant against appellees. " The facts stated in the petition, so far as are necessary to an understanding of the grounds upon which this decision is based, are briefly as follows:
