1Per curiam
¶ 1. Attorney Willie J. Nunnery appeals a referee's report and recommendation finding misconduct in 13 of 14 counts charged in an Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) disciplinary complaint. The referee recommends that Attorney Nunnery's license to practice law be suspended for two months, that he pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding, and reinstate ment be conditioned on proof he paid the sanction imposed in the E.J. client matter.
