Presently pending before the Court are plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment and defendant’s Cross Motion for Summary Judgment. This lawsuit was filed by over 150 Emergency Medical Service Personnel (hereinafter “EMS personnel”) of the Baltimore County Fire Department seeking compliance with the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”). 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1).
