The plaintiff had judgment in the sum of $1,021.03 against the defendants for and on account of the alleged failure to comply with the terms of a certain building contract entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant Frank Hopkins and a certain indemnity bond executed and delivered by the Central Surety and Insurance Corporation, a corporation. From this judgment the defendants appeal.
