LANGDON, Justice.
This is a class suit, filed June 6, 1967, by Charles F. Passel and others, for themselves and their minor children, students in the Fort Worth Independent School District and members of high school fraternities and sororities or “charity clubs” and in behalf of all other parents and minor students similarly situated against the Fort Worth Independent School District and its Board of Education to enjoin the defendants from enforcing a rule adopted by the Board of Education on November 9, 1966, that required the parents of all students entering the junior and senior high…
