Bastedo v. Board of Review

This is a petition for a writ of certiorari to reverse the decision of the respondent board granting the *421petition for an exception under the zoning ordinance of the city of Newport permitting certain real estate to be used for a funeral home. Pursuant to the writ the pertinent records have been certified to this court.
