A hearing on confirmation was set on the Chapter 13 plan filed in each of the above cases. In each case either Charles J. DeHart, III, the Chapter 13 trustee (the “Trustee”), filed an objection to counsel’s request for attorneys’ fees, or I raised an issue regarding the fees at the confirmation hearing.
