OPINION ON REHEARING
MATTINGLY, Judge.
On February 16,1999, this court issued its memorandum decision, 708 N.E.2d 925, affirming the trial court’s denial of B & L Appliances and Services, Inc.’s (B & L) mo tion for relief from default judgment in favor of Nicholas and Elizabeth McFerran (the McFerrans). In our decision, we addressed a single issue: whether the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to set aside the default judgment.
