This cause is before the Court on Claimants, Glenn Jackson and Nancy Jackson’s Motion to Increase Security and Supporting Memorandum of Law (hereinafter Motion), filed September 22, 1992, which seeks “an Order requiring Plaintiff to increase the amount of security posted with the Court.” Claimants contend plaintiff has “grossly underestimated the value of the vessel by utilizing a narrow and incorrect definition of the term ‘vessel.’ ” Id. at 1.
