A general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone convicted appellant, consistent with his pleas, of willful disobedience of a superior commissioned officer, assault consummated by a battery upon a child, and false swearing, in violation of Articles 90, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 890, 928, and 934, respectively.
