Appellant (plaintiff) sued to recover $30,-000.00 for injuries sustained in a collision between an automobile in which she was riding' and a streetcar operated by respondent. • The verdict and judgment were for respondent (defendant). On appeal to this court appellant assigns as error the action of the trial court in giving instructions numbered two and four at the request o£ respondent.
