Sedgwick recovered a judgment for $239.46, against the defendants in error, in the county court of York county, the case having been tried to a jury. Defendants prosecuted error to the district court, where the judgment of the county court was reversed. Erom the order of reversal the plaintiff prosecutes error to this court.

There was attached to the transcript, as filed in the district court, a document purporting to be a bill of exceptions, embodying the evidence taken on the trial in the *87county court. Before hearing in the district court a motion was made to quash this bill of…
