1Opinion of the Court

JOHNSON, Justice.

This is a breach of contract case that also raises issues concerning personal jurisdiction under our long-arm statute, I.C. § 5-514(a) (1990), and under the due process clause of the fourteenth amendment to the United States Constitution. We conclude that the trial court should have granted a motion to dismiss for lack of *73personal jurisdiction. In doing so, we find it necessary to overrule Beco Corp. v. Roberts & Sons Constr. Co., 114 Idaho 704, 760 P.2d 1120 (1988), to the extent that it conflicts with Burger King Corp. v. Rudzewicz, 471 U.S. 462, 105 S.Ct. 2174, 85 L.Ed.2d…
