Núñez, J., at sentencing), rendered May 1, 2014, convicting defendant of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of IV2 to 3 years, and order, same court (Maxwell Wiley, J.), entered March 24, 2016, which denied defendant’s CPL 440.10 motion to vacate judgment, unanimously affirmed.
