This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Madison County, reversing the arbitrator and the Industrial Commission of Illinois and awarding Lena Roseberry as mother of Howard Roseberry, deceased, $2,900 for minimum partial dependency and $500 for burial expenses.

The sole issue in this case is whether the decision of the arbitrator, confirmed by the Industrial Commission, finding that the deceased left him surviving at the time of his death no person or persons entitled to compensation, as provided in section 7 of the Workmen’s Compensation Act as amended, (Ill.
