EUBANK, Presiding Judge.

The sole question raised for review is whether or not the Industrial Commission provided the petitioner with the opportunity to cross-examine two of respondent-employer’s employee witnesses. A review of the record shows that they did and we affirm the award.

The record shows that an informal award was made on December 13, 1965, denying petitioner’s application for compensation. He then employed counsel who filed a timely request for a formal hearing pursuant to Commission Rules 35, 37 and 38. This hearing was held in Phoenix on July 5, 1966 where testimony was taken.…
