VRATIL, District Judge.
Scott Kephart, Harold Distler, John Winger, Darrell Robinson, Robert Babich, Mark Hernandez, Scott Strange and James Rubino bring claims against Data Systems International, Incorporated (“DSI”) for violation of the Worker Adjustment And Retraining Notification Act (“WARN Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 2101 et seq., in connection with the termination of their employment.
