| iThis disciplinary matter arises from formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) against respondent, Randy J. Ungar, an attorney licensed to practice law in Louisiana.

UNDERLYING FACTS

In 1997, Kim Bullock Cutrera and John Meehan retained respondent to represent them in a putative class action against The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States (“the Equitable”).
