YETKA, Justice.

Defendant and a codefendant were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, Minn.Stat. § 152.09, subd. 1(1) (1980). The omnibus court dismissed the complaint against the codefend-ant on the ground of lack of probable cause. 1 The court denied a motion to dismiss filed by defendant and denied defendant’s motion to suppress a confession given by defendant following his arrest and evidence seized in a warranted search of an automobile to which defendant was connected.
