Dussault presiding, to vacate its order reversing the order of Justice of the Peace Ruth A. Daniels denying defendant’s motion to withdraw his plea of guilty, and to substitute therefor an order affirming the denial of defendant’s motion in the cause entitled State of Montana, Plaintiff v.
