This suit in equity is brought specifically to enjoin the further prosecution of fourteen small claims suits, brought originally by the defendant in this suit against this plaintiff, in the Municipal Court of the Dorchester District of the City of Boston; and to have the cases disposed of by consolidation or otherwise; and for damages caused by the bringing of a multiplicity of actions. The bill contains a prayer for general relief.
