Memorandum: Plaintiffs, husband and wife, seek derivative and compensatory damages for personal injuries sustained by the wife. Defendants, Kane and Pizza Hut of North Haven, Inc., have moved for summary judgment contending that plaintiffs’ action is barred on two grounds.
