Now before the Court is the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Count I of the Complaint filed by plaintiffs Douglas Mann, Michael Dubis, and Paliafito America, Inc. 1 The plaintiffs seek an order avoiding certain financial transfers made by Longreen Toys, Inc. (“Longreen”) to defendants Hanil Bank, Korea Exchange Bank, Cho Chung Bank, Commercial Bank of Korea, Ltd., and Industrial Bank of Korea (collectively the “Korean banks”) on the ground that these transfers were fraudulent.
