OPINION

AGEE, Circuit Judge:

Mohamed Adam Abdelshafi was convicted in a bench trial in the Eastern District of Virginia on fifteen counts of health care fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1347, and two counts of aggravated identity theft, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028A, and sentenced to sixty-two months’ imprisonment. 1 On appeal, Abdelshafi does not challenge his convictions for health care fraud, but contends the district court erred on two grounds.
