The question here before us is the eligibility of an alien for unemployment compensation benefits. Ap-pellee, Laslo Vespremi, the applicant for such benefits, was admitted to the United States on October 4,1975. He had a two- year visa as an exchange student which permitted him to work. He was employed from February 23, 1976, to March 12, 1978. During this period his passport, visa and work permit expired.
