Plaintiffs Jose Luis Benitez (“Benitez”) and Juan Reyes (“Reyes”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring this action against Defendant American Standard Circuits, Inc. (“Defendant” or “ASC”), each alleging claims of sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
