Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (James P. Murphy, J.), entered May 30, 2007 in a personal injury action. The judgment, after a jury trial, awarded plaintiffs damages.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
