The plaintiffs in this purported class action allege that they were Unlawfully denied compensation for time -they spent waiting in line to undergo mandatory security checks at them places of employment. After the United States Supreme Court held that they could not recover under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the plaintiffs amended their complaint to assert only state-law claims.
