— Appeal by the defendant from á judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Egitto, J.), rendered January 4, 1985, convicting him of attempted murder in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Both the defendant and his codefendant, Ricky Caldwell, *820were indicted, inter alia, for the crimes of attempted murder in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and in the third degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree.
